The corporate quest for leadership in a changing world doesn't end at the new-employee orientation. It is a continual process of valuing, integrating, and transitioning human capital. ASCENT helps our corporate partners transform their employee-development process to meet the needs of multicultural women and lead them to excel. Working with experts who understand these unique issues, we help corporations refine their policies and practices to create an environment that is positive toward a diverse workforce. We stand with our corporate partners to:
  • diagnose barriers to advancement of multicultural women
  • develop and implement a strategic leadership plan that includes multicultural women
  • provide coaching, feedback, and consultation to managers and supervisors
    of multicultural women
  • intervene among corporate constituencies to advance a diverse corporate culture
    or resolve conflict
Our annual ASCENT Executive Roundtable brings together senior executives from partner organizations to explore relevant topics, share best practices, and increase understanding of issues that affect multicultural women
